At K-Glow Lab, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy before placing an order.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, leaked, defective or incorrect.
Return Request Time:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Unboxing Video:
To claim a return or replacement, a clear unboxing video is required. The video should show the sealed package being opened and the issue clearly visible.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used products, opened products, damaged-by-customer products or products without proper proof are not eligible for return.
Replacement:
If your return request is approved, we may offer a replacement or suitable resolution based on the issue.
Refund:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit depending on the case.
Cash on Delivery Orders:
For COD orders, refund or replacement approval will depend on product condition and proof submitted.
